Our Story
We’ve Been Building and Renovating Spacings Since 2008
What started as a small vapor barrier company in 2008 has expanded into a one-stop shop for all mobile home services. We are proud to have served the West Coast of Florida for over a decade. Now has come the time to expand our reach to homeowners on the East Coast, bringing the same principles and values with us.
Our East Coast Division allows us to get inspections and repairs done faster. Our expanded team now covers Jacksonville to the Keys, and puts two divisions at the forefront of our middle state towns. This dual operation gives us the ability to ensure every mobile home owner is taken care of in a timely manner, and gets the individual attention they deserve.

Our mission is to improve mobile homeowners’ lives by providing quality service to our communities. We strive to be the customer-focused, trusted mobile home contractors we set out to be.
Our Vision
Our vision goes deeper than just being a contractor. We understand the importance of community and building relationships with people. We are a veteran operated company, so a portion of our profits go directly towards the Wounded Warriors foundation. We also host barbeques and community events in our local mobile home parks.
